Read the transcript of a settled call, turn by turn.

Bearer (rai_test_... or rai_live_...)
Returns the conversation turn by turn, verbatim. Transcripts are produced after the call ends
(live transcripts are not available); until then state is pending and turns is empty. A call
that was not connected has state: absent. Reading the transcript never changes the call.
